What's the impact of my donation?
Your donation will help provide a bicycle for a student, healthcare worker or entrepreneur who would otherwise likely travel long distances on foot. Since we also train mechanics and assemble bicycles locally, your donation also helps build a sustainable bicycle infrastructure in the areas where we work, benefitting generations to come.

Where is my money going?
World Bicycle Relief currently operates in seven countries: Colombia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Since 2005, we have distributed bicycles in 28 different countries.

What costs does a donation of CHF 155 cover?
A donation of 155 Swiss Francs represents the actual expenses for manufacturing, shipping, assembly and distribution of our bicycles across the regions where we work—the costs for which have been on the rise in recent years.
While we aim to keep the price of the Buffalo Bicycle as affordable as possible, we also want your investment to provide the best possible bicycle and programming to those who need it most. Thank you for helping us expand our reach into communities battling the challenge of distance.
Will I receive a donation receipt?
Your donation in Swiss Francs is tax-deductible in Switzerland. Donors in Switzerland will receive a donation receipt by email.
